The “Panettone” (in the Lombard dialect “panaton” or “panatton”) is a typical Milanese dainty, but is commonly associated with Christmas and widespread all over Italy.

If you add the fantasy to the dainty, you’ll have a wonder for the taste as well as for the eyes.

As in last season, also in 2013 the AMPI proposed the contest concerning the “Panettoni” decorations.
The “Panettoni” were cooked by the AMPI masters during the 20th Public Conference held in Brescia at the beginning of November.
Since the subject was free, the only rule fixed a maximum time of 20 minutes for the decoration.

Through Internet unfortunately you can’t appreciate the taste and the flagrance, but at least you will feast your eyes on them.

The creations are ordered alphabetically following the names of the pastry cookers.
