King Culatello summoned his nobles to the splendid palace “ancient Pallavicina court” (see pallavicina court).

From any place dukes, counts and viscounts, marquises and barons of this nobility came here.
Sweet and tasty hams, salami, capicola (coppa), bacon (pancetta), mortadella and lard were received by an honor guard formed by wines, while a band of fruit preserves played the hymn to the pork.

The green riversides of the Po (riversides) were filled with a tempting and attracting scent.

The show
Charcuterie for kings
The first national meeting for breeders, pork butchers (norcini) and delicatessen owners
took place on April 12th. 13th and 14th, together with collateral events presenting the tastes of our country.

An acclaim to the organizers and the wish that it will continue and expand bringing our specialties all over the world.
