This special is dedicated to the nature lovers, to those who like walking in the silence through beech forests or fir-woods and through sunny pastures.
And the silence is interrupted only by the gurgles of clear streams.
In the autumn the wood become flushed with the red of the beeches and in winter the silence is interrupted by the rustle of the snowshoes.

Even if our images refer to the short way between Lagdei and Lagoni, there are many other walkable routes or suitable for horse or bike rides: mountain paths with breathtaking views as far as the Gulf of La Spezia, or the path of the lakes or the path of the old villages, bearing witness of the trades among Parma, the Lunigiana and the Liguria.

Parco regionale delle Valli del Cedra e del Parma:
iIt spreads over an area of about 12.600 hectares in the territories of Corniglio and Monchio delle Corti.
It is called of the 100 lakes because the ice age reshaped the ground, leaving cirques, moraine deposits and lakes.
The lakes are more than 19 and among them we mention the Lago Santo Parmense (see).
The park is rich in animals and plants and the golden eagle nests on its peaks.

Parco Nazionale dell'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano:
Founded in May 2011 it encompasses several villages of the Emilia Romagna and of the Toscana.
It is part of the prestigious network of the UNESCO reserves within the Man and the Biosphere Programme (MAB).
