Lying on the first slopes of the Apennines, the villa is surrounded by a lush park where peacocks stroll, seemingly aware that they are in a place fit for their beauty.

A bit of history::
The original building dates back to the 17th century.
In the early 1800s, it was purchased by the Paolucci marquises.
In the second decade of the 19th century, the building was converted into a noble residence and the large romantic park was created.
The villa and land were purchased in 1879 by Count Camillo Zilieri Dal Verme.
In 1941, the count's heirs sold the estate to the agricultural entrepreneur Giuseppe Magnani.
The villa was extended by his son Luigi in order to house the library and art collection that he was building up.
The Foundation was legally established with the Cassa di Risparmio di Parma in 1977.
In 1983, the admirable art collection was exhibited for the first time.
