A magnificent example of ground recovery
The semi-natural area, partially generated by the Po river movements, results from the recovery of an old sandpit now gone back to the original condition.
It hosts the wildlife typical of the damp river environment-
The wildlife can be observed in many seasons during the year, even if to observe the fauna you need a lot of patience.

This area is worth a visit by foot or bike also to admire the always charming Po river.
At the entrance of the park there is the landing stage for the inland navigation (Cremona-Polesine Parmense).

A note:
despite the many invitations, some visitor and/or fisherman seem not to be so civilized to bring their rubbish at home.
