We went to Imola because we are carrying on a project for which we need the cooperation of expert pianists.
The Maestro Andrè Gallo of the Accademia Pianistica Internazionale “Incontri col Maestro” kindly offered his collaboration together with some of his students.
We went to the Accademia to perform several recordings.
While the pianists and the technicians were working, we made a photo shoot.

The Accademia, a short history:
Founded in the early eighties by the Maestro Franco Scola with an innovative teaching open to alternative experiences going beyond the traditional canons.
Initially born as private musical association it was financed by the student themselves who improved thanks to the challenge with the experiences of great international pianists. The interpretation was studied under all aspects, aesthetic, historical and technical.
From this the name of the Accademia “Incontri col Maestro”.
The success of this initiative led to the creation of an advanced training institute: in 1989 the Accademia Pianistica Internazionale "Incontri col Maestro" was established thanks to the contribution of the Imola township and Cassa di Risparmio, the Yamaha Musica Italia and of its President Antonio Monzino, who granted the use of the pianos.
Bruno Solaroli, then mayor of Imola, granted the ideal seat, the Rocca Sforzesca.
Thanks to its activity, the Accademia has achieved international fame and its students won more than 60 first prizes in the most important piano competitions worldwide.
