the fortress of the Landi princes - 1^st part
(Bardi (PR) - Emilia Romagna)

Built on a spur of red jasper at about 2050 ft a.s.l., it overlooks the confluence off the Ceno and Noveglia torrents.
It is an imposing severe castle that perhaps maintains the appearance of a medieval defensive fortress more than the other manors of the Apennines, from Reggio to Piacenza.
Like any castle worthy of the name, it hosts a ghost: the soldiers’ captain Morello who killed himself after the suicide of his lover Soleste due to a misunderstanding.

Given the grandeur of the castle we divided the special into three parts so that you can better appreciate the images whose sequence follows the exhibition itinerary.
